Drone Shots -- |
Drone footage "Bookends" your Video, and does two things: 1) Gets buyers' attention right away with impressive location information, and... 2) Leaves a lasting impression that motivates buyers to call immediately. Notice the impact it makes below: (same video inside) |
Targeted Clips
Over a decade ago, Andromeda Power needed a two-minute demonstration clip shot in high-definition showing their portable charger at work.
A storyboard was created, locations were scouted, and a test shoot was performed to test lighting. The challenge was showing a distracted driver getting stranded, and having the rescue vehicle save her. This raw edit below leaves room in the lower-third of the frame for future client-supplied titles describing the action as it unfolds.

Run & Gun Shooting Style
|
Kaotic Radio's Monday night Motorsports Show needed high-definition videos shot quickly at California Speedway's IndyCar season finale in 2014. Chappy is the show host, and the clips had to be shot "Run and Gun" style since the last-minute sign up meant no video credentials. So, what you see here is shot handheld without any shoot rig, focus aids, or stabilization means whatsoever.

Mash-Up Editing |
Pfaff Engines needed an arresting video for an upcoming tradeshow. The video's job was to stop passers-by so the staff had an opportunity to open a discussion.
Content ranged from client-supplied handheld cell phone footage to professionally shot/produced clips. "Exciting assets" would need to come from online contributors since dyno pulls rarely produce anything more than ear-candy. The resulting mash-up video was seen by gearheads from all walks of motorsports across Southern California. www.PfaffEngines.com |
